Step 1:- Open Heyo Phone App and Go to the ‘Call Logs’ section.
Step 2:- You will be able to see every incoming call received and missed.

How do I manage voicemails in the Heyo Phone App?

To effectively manage voicemails in the Heyo Phone App, users can navigate to the dedicated call logs section where all incoming, outgoing and missed calls are shown.
From there, each voicemail can be accessed individually to listen to the recorded message directly by tapping on the voicemail button of the calls marked with red arrows (missed calls). 
It's important to keep notifications enabled to receive missed call alerts for quickly responding to new voicemails, especially outside of regular business hours when staff may be unavailable. 
This feature improves customer service by allowing businesses to stay connected and responsive even when direct communication isn't possible.

How to update my business caller tune inside the Heyo Phone App?

In order to update your business caller tune, follow these simple steps inside the Heyo Phone App:
Step 1:- Open Heyo Phone App and go to Settings.
Step 2:- Tap on ‘Call & Staff’ in Settings.
Step 3:- You will get 2 options namely - ‘Play Welcome Message’ & ‘Manage Staff’.
Step 4:- Tap on ‘Play Welcome Message’ and type the text you want to use as a customized message.
Step 5:- Preview your message by tapping the ‘Speaker’ icon and ‘Update’ for the final result.

Can I disable Voicemail from my Heyo account if needed?

The Heyo Phone voicemail feature is automatic. 
Whenever an incoming call is unanswered, the caller will be automatically pushed to drop a voicemail. 
There is no option to enable or disable this feature.
