How to Set IVR With Heyo Phone App?

Step 1 :- Open Heyo Phone App, Go to Settings & Tap on Call & Staff
Step 2:- LogYou will get the option namely - Play Welcome Message & IVR, by default IVR is switched off
Step 3:- You will be taken to Setup Department once you switch on the IVR - Department 1 is for Sales & Department 2 is for Support
Step 4:- There are 2 sound icons - one plays Welcome Greeting Message & the second plays IVR
Step 5:- Once you customize your welcome message & enable IVR, your caller/customer will be able to Press 1 for Sales & Press 2 for Support whenever they make a call to your business

First, open the Heyo Phone App and navigate to Settings. Then, tap on Call & Staff. You'll find an option called IVR, which is turned off by default. Once you turn on IVR, you'll be prompted to set up your departments. You can name them as Sales and Support. After setting up your departments, you'll have the option to customize your welcome message. Once everything is set up and you've enabled IVR, callers will be able to press 1 for Sales and 2 for Support when they call your business.
